Building our team has been a long process that began in 2009. A process that continues to grow and add value thanks to the people who make it up. Our common goal is to adapt, meet and satisfy the changing needs of our customers.

Venice Sunset was created with the idea of creating something completely different from the traditional. Therefore, each member of the group can self-manage based on their skills and values, allowing team members to share leadership responsibilities.

We firmly believe that the principles of the Montessori method are applicable to the workplace. In fact, the right environment and methodology can promote the autonomy, creativity and awareness of even adults within our team.

A successful business organisation is one that fosters motivation and ingenuity. But that is not enough. It also requires a fluid interplay of individual energies, working together in a fluid manner, avoiding contrast and rigidity that can harm the team.

To achieve organisational goals, teamwork is essential because it allows different skills, knowledge, and perspectives to be shared among team members.

Striving for a benevolent view of others allows us to understand rather than judge. Learning happens through trial and error, which is why we believe that falling is a fundamental part of the growth process within the team.

Finally, in our team it is essential to communicate by listening and trying to see the situation from the other person's perspective. Bringing together different talents and perspectives has always led to effective solutions.
